Return Policy

All Products (excluding Garments and toys) shall be received subject to the Customer’s right and duty of inspection, which shall occur within 24 hours from receipt of the delivery of the Products (“Order Inspection”). Based on the Order Inspection, in the event that within 24 hours (as aforesaid) any of the Products (excluding Garments and toys) when delivered to the Customer, are not in good order and condition or are otherwise defective, deficient or damaged (or any Products are missing from an order), a Customer is required to immediately notify us (within 24 hours, as aforesaid) as to such condition (or issue) via telephone, and the same should be returned to the Thilakma Store (or to any other return address specified by us) either by directly returning such a Product(s) to the Thilakma Store or by delivery/courier within 7 business days from the receipt of the delivery of such Product(s).If the return is considered accepted by us after such an inspection, we will allow the Customer to exchange (as cash refunds for Products (excluding Garments) shall not be given) such a Product which has been delivered, that are not in good order and condition, or are otherwise defective, deficient or damaged (with the defective, deficient or damaged Product to be returned to us) with another Product, subject to availability. All transportation charges for the return of such Products shall be borne by the Customer. Failure or omission to properly carry out an Order Inspection within 24 hours(as mentioned above) shall be at the relevant Customer’s risk, and we shall not accept any returns and shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever for subsequent claims regarding defects, damages, deficiencies or otherwise (except under warranty) in any delivered orders that would have been visible/apparent had an Order Inspection been duly carried out within 24 hours (as aforesaid).

In the event where Garment(s), which are delivered to a Customer, are stained, ill-fitting (due to issues such as size or otherwise), defective or damaged, the Customer should immediately notify us as to the issue via telephone and the same should be returned to the Thilakma Store (or to any other return address specified by us) either by directly returning the Garment to the Thilakma Store or by delivery/courier within 14 business days from the receipt of the delivery of such Garment(s). All return Garment(s) will be inspected once we receive them before we can accept an exchange/refund request. If the return is considered accepted by us after our inspection, we will then either replace (with another Product selected by the Customer, subject to these T&C), or shall refund the invoice price associated with any Garment(s) which have been delivered and are stained (by fault of Thilakma, which shall be determined by us), ill-fitting (due to issues such as size or otherwise), or are otherwise defective or damaged (by fault of Thilakma, which shall be determined by us) (with such Garment(s) to be returned to us). Garment(s) that are returned can be exchanged (if accepted by us after inspection, as aforesaid) for a different size, or for an alternative Product(s) of the same price (or otherwise, as specified below), subject to availability of stock, and such an exchange will be free of charge (excluding any delivery fees (for return or otherwise), which shall be borne by the Customer). 

If such an exchange of a Product(s)(including Garments and excluding toys) is requested by a Customer (and the same has been accepted and approved by Thilakma during inspection), and the new Product that you are requesting an exchange for has a higher price than the original purchase price paid for the Product, you will be expected to make an additional payment to cover the difference in price. If the new Product that you are requesting an exchange for has a lower selling price than the original purchase price paid for the Product, the difference in price will not be refunded to you, and you will forgo that amount. For avoidance of doubt, we will not be responsible for any delivery/courier fees (or any other fees) incurred on the Customer when returning (by delivery, courier or otherwise) such Products to the Thilakma Store.

If the returned Products (including Garments and excluding toys) are damaged, stained, unhygienic, soiled, altered or otherwise (by fault of the Customer, which shall be determined by Thilakma during inspection)they will not be accepted and your return will be rejected, and if such a return was returned to us via delivery or courier we may send it back to you via delivery or courier. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange/return or refund (if applicable) and you will have to bear the aforesaid delivery or courier chargesfor the pickup and return of the same to you.The Products (including Garments and excluding toys) that are returned for reasons such as “no longer needed”, “change of mind”, “lack of clear photos on the Platform” or “Product does not match the image or the description published on the Platform”, will not be considered as a genuine/valid reason to claim a return/refund (if applicable). The Customer must ensure that when returning Products(including Garments and excluding toys), the packaging, tags, labels etc. (where relevant), and the Products returned are in original condition, not stained and/or damaged, defective (by fault of the Customer, which shall be determined by Thilakma during inspection), and is unused.

Due to reasons such as hygiene, Products such as toys cannot be returned by a Customer for any reason, unless during the Order Inspection For Toys (defined below). All toys shall be received subject to the Customer’s right and duty of inspection, which shall occur at the time of the receipt of the delivery of the Products and in the presence of the Delivery Service Provider (“Order InspectionFor Toys”). Based on the Order InspectionFor Toys, in the event that the toy(s), when delivered to the Customer, are not in good order and condition or are otherwise defective, deficient or damaged (or any toy(s) are missing from an order), a Customer is required to immediately notify us as to such condition (or issue) via telephone, and shall provide us with a reasonable opportunity to inspect such Products which shall be carried out through the relevant Delivery Service Provider. If the return is considered accepted by us after such an inspection, we will then replace the toy(s) which has been delivered, that are not in good order and condition, or are otherwise defective, deficient or damaged (with the defective, deficient or damaged toys to be returned to us). All transportation charges for the replacement of such Products shall be borne by the us. Failure or omission to properly carry out an Order InspectionFor Toys at the time of delivery shall be at the relevant Customer’s risk, and we shall not accept any returns and shall not bear any responsibility whatsoever for subsequent claims regarding defects, damages etc., in any delivered orders that would have been visible/apparent had an Order Inspection For Toys been duly carried out.

Pursuant to any Product returns (as applicable/accepted under these T&C), the Customer must ensure proof of purchase is provided to us by way of a legible receipt/invoice.
